It’s official!! Leaves are changing, pumpkin spices latte’s are latteing (definitely not a real word), and fall is in the air! Fall is my absolute favorite season. Whether it’s the outfits, the baking, or apple picking I am just totally obsessed. I love fall because it means you can finally start layering pieces without getting too warm. Today I’m going to show you one of my favorite ways too layer classic pieces and to add some fall spice to them, while keeping it affordable!
I started the outfit with a pair of basic dark washed jeans from American Eagle. I cuffed the bottom to add a little dimension to them and to help them flow well with the shoes. On top, I wore a chambray collard shirt and layered a St. Johns Bay sweater which I thrifted on top. I brought the collar of the shirt out to peak through the top of the sweater and from the bottom of the sweater. I thought this made the outfit look flirty and chic.
I accessorized with an adorable wool floppy hat as well as some suede oxfords, both from Old Navy. Who would’ve guess Old Navy would have such cute and trendy accessories!?
